| Resolved, That the
chairmen of the Finance Committees of the Common Council be and they
are hereby authorized to advertise during twenty days, that sealed
proposals will be received by them for the redemption of the bonds
issued by the city in favor of the Pontchartrain Railroad Company, for
such amount as may be now deposited in the Citizens' Bank of
Louisiana, to the credit of the Railroad Fund, after paying all
coupons of interest now due on railroad bonds. |
