This office, by direction of the Governor, assumes all
its appropriate duties (including transportation over Railroads) in
connection with the organization and equipment of the State troops
to be commanded by Major Gen. Floyd. |

Railroad Companies are informed that the following
persons are also hereby authorized to issue transportation tickets,
from and after this date, viz: Capt. P. G. Coghlan, Ord. Dep't. of
Va., at Richmond, Va., Capt. J. B. Goodloe, A. A. G. M., C. S., at
Wytheville, Va. |
