| Southern Pacific Railroad Company |
| The following Resolution was adopted by
the Board of Directors of this Company at their meeting Sept. 10th,
1861: |
| Resolved, That the following notice
be published in the Texas Republican: |
| All those claiming to hold debts against
the Southern Pacific Railroad Company will please present them
immediately, at the office of the Company, in Marshall, for
investigation, and to be passed upon according to the resolutions of the
Board of Directors. |
