Seizure of Locomotives By The Rebels
   It is reported that the rebels at Leesburg, where their force is now estimated at thirteen thousand, have taken two of the locomotives of the {Alexandria,} Loudon & Hampshire railroad and transported them to the Manassas Gap railroad, to be used upon that line.
