   Advices from Martinsburg give the following intelligence: The rebels have succeeded in taking down and removing to Winchester two of the Baltimore & Ohio railroad company's locomotives. They also sent to the same place a portion of the machinery belonging to the company's work shops, breaking and disabling the remainder.
   It is stated to be their intention to take up sufficient of the railroad tract to connect Winchester with Strasburg.
