Change of Schedule
Office Alabama & Florida {(of Alabama)} Rail Road Co.
Montgomery, November 29, 1860
 
   On and after Saturday, December 1st, the trains on the Alabama & Florida Rail Road will be governed by the following schedule:
Mail Train, Daily
Leave Montgomery at 6:30 a. m.
Arrive at Garland at 10:30 a. m.
Returning
Leave Garland at 12 m.
Arriving at Montgomery at 4 p. m.
Accommodation Train, Daily
Leaving Montgomery at 2:45 p. m.
Arriving at Greenville at 6:15 p. m.
Returning
Leave Greenville at 6:00 a. m.
Arriving at Montgomery at 9:40 a. m.
Freight Train, Tri-weekly
   Leaves Montgomery at 9:45 a. m. on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays. Returning, arriving at Montgomery at 4:25 p. m. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
   Stages for Mobile and Pensacola leave Garland daily on arrival of mail train at 10 1/2 a. m., running via Evergreen and Sparta, over a good road of only eighteen miles, reaching the lower end of the road at 8 p. m., arriving in Pensacola at 12 o'clock at night, same day, and Mobile at 11 o'clock a. m. next day.
