Galveston and Henderson Railroad  {Galveston, Houston & Henderson RR}
Fare Each Way $2.00
   On and after March 14th, 1861, Trains leave Galveston for Houston Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday of each week, at 7:45 A. M., arriving at Houston at 11 A. M.
   Thursday's train leaves at 10 A. M., or on arrival of New Orleans steamer.
   All of the above Trains make sure connections the same day at Harrisburg, with the Buffalo Bayou, Brazos & Colorado Railway for Columbus, LaGrange, Bastrop, Austin, San Antonio, and all Western and Northern Texas.
   Baggage will be checked at steamboat landing and conveyed to Depot free of expense.
   Leave Houston for Galveston at 5 P. M., taking passengers arriving at Houston by H. and Texas Central and Houston Tap & Brazoria Railroads, and at Harrisburg, Passengers from the West by the B. B., B. & C. Railway, reaching Galveston at 8:20 P. M.
   On Sunday train leaves Houston at 8 A. M. and Galveston at 2:30 P. M.
   Passengers and baggage arriving at Houston from Central Railroad, to Galveston Train free.
   Freights taken at reasonable rates and forwarded over the road with dispatch, ??? Agent at Galveston, Harrisburg and Houston.
   Excursion Parties charged half fare.
