The Board of Directors have declared a dividend of Four
Per Cent, on the capital stock of this Company, payable on and after
the 5th instant to all who were stockholders on the 1st instant,
said dividend to be in lieu of that usually declared on the 1st of
July. The transfer books will be closed from the 2nd to the 5th
instant, inclusive. |
