At a regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors of
this Company, held this day, in the Company's office, |

Resolved, That in view of the resignation of T. E.
Campbell, President, tendered and accepted on this day, that a
meeting of the Stockholders of this Company be called, to take place
on the 30th June, 1863, at 11 o'clock, a. m., in the Council
Chamber, at Petersburg, to fill the vacancy caused by the above
resignation. |
