The LaGrange Reporter of the
10th, learns from Mr. John C. Guiun, the gentlemanly and energetic
supervisor of the above road, that but few days would suffice to
complete the road to Atlanta if iron was in readiness. There are now
only nine miles of track to lay -- three miles this side of East Point
and six miles between East Point and Atlanta. The iron, however, is in
transitu, if it is not already received. |
