We notice Capt. W. D. Herrick,
one of the former popular conductors on the Central Railroad, back again
at his post, he having relieved Mr. Benchley, who embarks in other
business. |
Mr. Benchley has won legions
of friends since his connection with the road, and they will regret to
hear of his retirement, but will ever remember him for his kindness and
gentlemanly deportment, and who will ever wish that success and
prosperity may attend him in his new profession. |
