| To Be Raised |
| The ponderous government engine "Jos.
R. Anderson," which broke through the Swift Creek bridge {on
the Richmond & Petersburg RR}, some
days ago, is to be raised. Preparations for raising it from the bed of
the stream have been finished, and it is expected that the operations
will be commenced at once for placing it again on the track. |
