| We are glad to learn that the North
Carolina Central Rail Road Company {North
Carolina RR} have put in operation a system of Expressing
over their Road on company responsibility, and that their charges are
only about double the ordinary Railroad rates. This is a great
improvement, and we hope the Company may perfect their system so as
fully to meet the public requirement. |
