Come and Help! |
All who will volunteer to get up and send
off the iron on the Charlotte and Statesville Railroad {the
Atlantic, Tennessee & Ohio RR}, will leave their names with
N. H. Blackwood before 12 o'clock today. |
This work must be done immediately or our
soldiers may suffer at Richmond. Detailed Government may volunteer.
Let the farm hands work. Salisbury spare all your servants for a few
days. White men, it is better than fighting. |
