| Dividend No. 1 |
| A Dividend of ten dollars on each share of the Stock of
the East Tennessee & Georgia Railroad Company has been declared.
Stockholders residing in South Carolina and at and southwest of Atlanta,
Ga., will be paid ONLY at the City Bank of Augusta. All others will be
paid at this office. |
