| Northeastern Railroad Company |
| The annual meeting of the Stockholders of
the Northeastern Railroad Company was held yesterday, at the Hall of
the Bank of Charleston, and the following officers elected for the
ensuing year: |

| On motion, Resolved, that the thanks of
the meeting be tendered to the Bank of Charleston, for the use of
their hall. |
