Fatal Accident |
As one of the morning freight trains was
passing the Five Mile Curve, going up, yesterday morning, Mr. Fisher, an
employee on the South Carolina Railroad, had occasion to go from the
Conductor's car to the engine, while the train was moving, and to do so
had to walk upon the tops of the cars. He accidentally fell between two
of them, and was run over by the train and instantly killed. His body
was brought to the city by the Summerville train. |
