| The annual meeting of the stockholders of
this company will be held in Charleston on Wednesday, 5th February
next, at 12 o'clock, at the Hall of the Elmore Insurance Company,
Broad street entrance through the side passageway. |
| An election for President and Twelve
Directors, to serve for the ensuing year, will be held. |
