Notice to Shippers of Freight |

Charleston, S. C., May 12, 1864 |
On and after Friday, the 13th instant, and
until further notice, the charges of the Company upon all Freight
destined for points on connecting roads, must be prepaid. |
This Company will not collect charges for
other Roads. Freight shipped to this Road by connecting lines must be
prepaid up to delivery to this Road, until further notice. |
