Mobile & Ohio Railroad |
We learn on very good authority that the Mobile & Ohio
railroad has been cut in two places by Yankee raiders between
Okolona and Corinth. As to the amount of damage done or the strength
of the forces engaged in the work, we are not advised. If the road
be seriously injured, we fear it will place General Hood and his
army in rather an awkward position, as this is his only means of
accommodation by railroad. |
