| Convention of Stockholders of the
Milledgeville R. R. Co. |
| The convention assembled at
the City Hall, in this city yesterday. |
| The following Board of
Directors was elected for the ensuing year: |

Board of Directors, Hon. Jno. P. King was re-elected President, and W.
Milo Oliver, Esq., Secretary and Treasurer. |
