| Special Orders No. 8 |
| All men detailed from the
Army, or by the Conscript Bureau for special duty at this post, in
either of the departments of the Government, with Government
contractors or for carrying on any trade or employment, are required
to attach themselves forthwith to some of the organizations of this
command, or to report at once to these Headquarters for assignment to
a company. |
| Railroad employees are ordered
to form themselves into companies to act in cases of emergency, and to
report to these headquarters. |
