Mr Sumner {Superintendent, North Carolina RR} has a train just here after the Rail Road iron. His orders to his Road Master is to load it up and allow no one to interfere and states that Harvey may object. I read him your dispatch and stated to him that until the matter was settled at Richmond, it could not be moved. It is yet on our cars and on our side track. And will not be moved until your orders to do so.
Wm. H. Harvey
