   I certify that the above account is correct, and that the articles specified, are in the Winchester Ordinance Depot awaiting transportation: that the price to be paid is left open to be fixed by the Ordnance Bureau in Richmond, after the metals are inspected. {The unit prices and extended prices are in a different hand from the rest of the document. Purchased by the Nitre & Mining Bureau.}
