| You will settle the accounts of the
Western & Atlantic Railroad without deduction for lost or damaged
articles. |
| The business will be conducted on
heretofore in every respect but this. You will keep an accurate
account of any loss or damage that may occur on this road, with the
vouchers necessary to establish the same, so that at the next session
of the Legislature of Georgia steps may be taken to indemnify the
Confederate States. |
