You will audit all unsettled accounts of the Western & North Carolina RRd at an advance of 100% on the rate established at Columbia on the 18^th April 1864 and for cars brought from junction of No. Ca. RRd with local track, over the No. Ca. RRd track to the garrison at Salisbury you will audit at trunk dollars each. These cars to be carried back without charge.
