| Captain T R Sharp is authorized to procure from Maj A M
Barbour the Penitentiary Convicts and from Major Core or Qr Mr at
Fredericksburg a sufficient number of negroes to make 200 with rations
for the same, for the purpose of lengthening the turnouts on the {Virginia}
Central R Road between Gordonsville & Richmond, to better enable
trains carrying troops to pass each other. |
