To the President or Superintendent of the Raleigh
& Gaston road, at Raleigh |
|
We wish all your cars, box-cars, and
flats, that can possibly be spared, to be sent at once to Portsmouth
to report to C. C. Ball, Master of transportation, and that your
road should be kept clear for the return loads. The business is
important and urgent. Inform Genl Huger by telegraph of your
motions. |
