| The Department does not control Railroad
transportation farther than to require preference for Government
freight. No power can be granted to you to ensure transportation of
corn purchased by Georgia, but the agents of the Government are
directed to interpose no obstacles to such transportation. General
Order Number sixty one prohibits the seizure of State property. |
