was issued on the seventh inst by Major Walter Jones ??? whom orders
from Maj Genl Buckner I construe this as an interference with the
management of Rail Roads so long as they carry all Govt freight
shall I be sustained in my decision or will order of the character
be carried out I shall wait here till I get an answer |
