| There is a conflict between Genl
Pemberton & the Mobile & Ohio RR resulting from orders that
corn shall not go to Mobile. It is contended by the road & the
people of Mobile that there is corn enough for all & the road is
able to furnish transportation this conflict ought to be reconciled
or the army & public will continue to suffer is there any remedy
