| This will introduce my son C. B.
Wallace, who is sent to Richmond to deliver to you in person a
communication that may prove of vast importance to the Confederate
States. We are not hasty or cautions. We will complain of must be
corrected or worse ones encountered. We face any dis??tons to
co-operate and aid the C. States to the extent of ability and
property but can not endure longer the present condition of
things. |
