| Lieut J. B. Phillips has ordered all my
high bridge watchmen and carpenters at work on said bridge to Report
to him at Rices Depot next Monday & if they go it will stop
important repairs on the Bridge and the bridge may be burnt. Please
telegraph me instructions that I may show Mr. Phillips tomorrow |
