   The battalion will leave so son as the cars momentarily expected from Lynchburg arrive no others of Lawtons brigade of four thousand (4000) are here and the quarter masters here do not know at what point on the road they are Mr Bird {Superintendent, South Side RR} says he will want all the equipment of the Norfolk Road now in the city but can spare it {end of archived document}
