in the Winchester & Potomac RR file in the National Archives.
Since it is written on a B&O RR form, matches the like items on
the W&P 12/1/61 bill and since Capt. Sharp
issued/sold enough track to re-lay the W&P RR in late 1861, I am
placing this list as though it were part of the track he sold to the
W&P RR.}
