   Received at Columbia SC the 12 day of Novr 1863 of Captain Thomas R. Sharp, Assistant Quartermaster C. S. Army, the sum of Three hundred & eighty eight dollars and fifty cents, in full of the above account.

{This was probably removing the materials from the Confederate Locomotive Shop, since this is the only connection Capt. Sharp had with Raleigh, and Patrick Eagin worked at the Shop with Capt. Sharp.}
