| By permission, Major Thomas Peters is
co-operating with this Bureau to provide thro transportation of
Government freight. He will consequently assume entire charge of the
arrangement and disposition and will not be interfered with in any
manner. |
| Quarter Masters, desiring aid or
information relative to transportation in Georgia, Tennessee or
Alabama will confer directly with him and not attempt attempt any
interference with his plans. |

notice. |
