| The papers connected with the work and
material for Mobile & Ohio railroad repairs recd today forwarded
to Q. M. G. |
| All of the trouble and confusion in this
matter would have been avoided had the Engineer bureau undertaken this
work. They order to make three, and all similar repairs should be
addressed to the Engineers, they have appropriations for that purpose,
and are presumed to be capable of completing such work rapidly than
others. If occasion affords it would be well to give orders of this
character the direction above indicated. |
