| We are much confused in the settlement of
the account of the Seaboard & Roanoke RRd Co. because the ??? in
??? of ??? do not so state it, but ??? ??? so that it appears the
whole shipment was transported without loss or damage, while on the
other hand Maj ??? auditing officer is notified by your clerk of the
losses and damage. Mr ??? has some of the cases which he will ??? in
person. |
| It is necessary that the number you give
for transportation should state the loss or damage if any and you will
please conform to this in future. |
