| Capt. Waller at Danville has been
instructed to seal with his seal all cars otherwise sound &
destined for Richmond. |
| Capt Mayes has been instructed to examine
the cars just before they are unloaded to see if entrance has been
obtained & if not to make no assessment for loss or damage that
may occur to stores contained therein. |
