Colonel, |
I have the honor to request your aid in
obtaining an extension of detail for Private "Wm. A. Bolick" of Co "I"
6th S. C. Vols. He was transferred from Co "K" 2d S. C. Vols by the
Secty of War which removed him from the Dept of So. Ca., Ga. & Fla. His
detail expired on the 31st Oct/64. Being a first class mechanic &
indispensible to our operations in keeping up the efficiency of the
road, I would be very grateful for your kindness in getting an extension
of detail for him. |
Very Respectfully |
