I certify on honor that S. H. Lamb was, during the times
above specified, employed as a clerk in the Quartermaster's Department
CSA and that the journeys charged for in the above account were
performed by him in the discharge of his official duties under my
orders.

County aforesaid S. H. Lamb and made oath in due form of law that the
