Dear Sir, |
In the reconstruction of our storehouse at
Charlotte it would be a matter of great economy and convenience if you
would lease to govt your eastern side track, from a point, abt 350
feet running north, commencing where the track ceased to be ???
jointly by your road & C & S. C. R. Rd {Charlotte
& South Carolina RR}. I wish, if you consent to this lease
?? for a five foot track, and have a 4 foot 8 1/2 in ????? to ?????
buildings we intend erecting ????? the 5 ft track east of the proposed
building ????? of yours, but it requires some very heavy trestling
will be expensive besides consuming much time. |
The 5 ft track shall end with our
buildings so that no collision occurs. |
Please favor me with an early reply as in
case you ?????tently oblige and I must make arrangements to ???
trestling ??? to complete this work this other way. |
Very respy |
