| In reply to your favor relative to
transportation of soldiers over the O&A & VC RRoads {Orange
& Alexandria and Virginia Central RRs} when travel is
crowded by the S. S. RRd. {South Side RR}
If these two roads will carry troops from Lynchburg to Richmond for
the same price as the R&D {Richmond &
Danville RR} I will take measures to throw portions of the work
over those roads. |
