| You will audit all unsettled accounts of
the Western & North Carolina R Rd {Western
North Carolina RR} with an advance of 100% on the
rates established at Columbus on the 13th April 1864 and for cars
brought from Junction of No. Ca. RRd with your track, over the No. Ca.
RRd. track to the junction at Salisbury you will audit at twenty
dollar each. These cars to be carried back without charge. |
