   I respectfully request the detail of W M Brock and A Bailey two expert Carpenters in Co H Arsenal Batt L. D. Forces -- as indispensable to the efficient operation of the road. These men were detailed by order of the Secty of War to this road about Nov 18th 1864 through the Conscript Bureau. But owing to their being members of this Company we have never been able to get them.
