| I have to request (unofficially) that you
will ascertain whether you can make arrangements with the proper Rail
Road Companies for the transportation from Wilmington, North Carolina,
to Richmond, Virginia, of three barrels of Rosin Oil per week, to be
consigned to Messrs Hodges & Co. |
| This article is used in the Manufacture of
lubricating oil, much of which is required for Government purposes. |
