| The enclosed account has been again presented to me. It
was referred to you to arrange its settlement and it is now again
brought to your attention with instruction to report in regard to it,
fully enough, to furnish the necessary information to enable it to be
settled at this office. |

artillery purposes, at Chattanooga. Answer promptly. |
