Sir,
   I adopt the suggestions contained in your letter of this date, relative to the transportation of Troops and supplies, by Rail-Way to and from Manassas.
   You will direct that the regular passenger train leave the junction at certain stated times punctually. By allowing no interference with its schedule all delays and obstructions will be avoided.
