| In November (25th) 1862, certain rolling
stock of the Alabama & Florida Rail Road Company of Florida was
divided as follows: |

| Alabama & Florida R. R. of Alabama |

| for which payment has been made at the rate of $25 per
day for the Engines and $3 for the Cars, cash. It is obviously proper
that in the settlement of the accounts of the Roads using this rolling
stock the same sum expended by the Government should be charged
against them. You will, therefore, see that this is done. |
